Plant Swap + Yoga Mornings

Join me for this special summer yoga series on the last Saturday of each month in April, May, and June! We’ll start the morning with an hour of outdoor yoga followed by a plant swap on the patio at green neighbor in Hampden. The hour long yoga class is beginner friendly and will be followed by an opportunity to swap plants and cuttings! Start your day with movement, and leave with the knowledge to care for your new plant.

If you are not interested in attending the yoga class, feel free to stop by for the plant swap! RSVPs are appreciated but not required!

Grab a drink to bring to the workshop! good neighbor shop (at the bottom of the hill) serves coffee, tea, beer and wine. You are welcome (and encouraged!) to grab something to bring with you to the workshop!

Please Note: green neighbor is located at the top of the hill on good neighbor's property. If you need help finding us, the staff inside good neighbor coffee shop can help direct you.

Parking: street parking is available. Please reach out to hello@greenneighborshop.com if you need handicap-accessible parking.
